OK I'm still in wait mode for the house. I was told that everything is in place but now just waiting for the close date of 1 June. I have talked to all the neighbors and discussed everything I want and need to do to the back of the house. They all have told me to do whatever I want to do. Now I have to go and speak with the Town Manager to find out EXACTLY where I can rebuild the garage
