well time for more news. Made a few call to the VA and ...... wait for it ........wait for it.......... I was preaproved for a home loan of $200.000 
so now what do I do? LOL I am looking at a 3 bedroom right next to my current apartment. But I still haven't given up on moving somewhere warm again.
now for the bad news. My favorite Aunt just went into the hospital found Cancer don't know anything yet just had biopce. So it's going to be another long day waiting. GTG ya'll take care
