OK today another hurdle was taken. May 15th is the closing on the house my Realtor just called and they have a signed contract . the next thing is a VA appraisal. If it passes which it should because the whole downstairs was just done 3 years ago. I will be gone from my home of 15 years.

well time for more news. Made a few call to the VA and ...... wait for it ........wait for it.......... I was preaproved for a home loan of $200.000 so now what do I do? LOL I am looking at a 3 bedroom right next to my current apartment. But I still haven't given up on moving somewhere warm again.
