Laughter has filled my morning, in the most spectacular way. My counter-part in the morning has made it his personal goal to make me laugh until it hurt. He is a true cubs fan, wearing his hat in celebration of their win yesterday, and firmly announcing that they are "on their way" with a one-game winning streak. I love blind optimism. *giggle* I love this morning gig. I would have to love it to get my ass out of bed by 4 a.m. to do it. 
Talked to a superstar this week....nice to know he hasn't forgotten the little people in his new status in life. Boys who have authority and a fun giggle are the diamonds in the ruff.
I work with a woman who's husband is losing a battle with a terminal illness, and her strength astounds me. Inspiration comes in the most unforeseeable places.

It's still raining here, and calling for thunderstorms. I'm ready for the sunshine again. Yeah, yesterday I'm loving the rain and now I'm hating it. *giggle* And who says women are moody?
Looks like another 5-hours of church this Sunday. The lady I mentioned above with the husband who's dying, well she's our "sunday church lady" on the air...and I'll be filling in for her again. I don't mind, because of the circumstances. So, make sure you all run out and sin lots and lots, and will pay for them on Sunday for you. All I ask in return is if the sin is of a juicy nature, you leave me some details to live vicariously through you. My sins have been pretty PG rated lately. *sigh*
Went on a Harley ride this week...ladies, if you have never wrapped your thighs around this piece of heaven, I can not recommend it enough. Oh, yeah, I said it.
I want to paint. I want a canvas and a rainbow of colors. I want to spend the afternoon creating a stroke of this moment in my life. I thought this was just a fleeting thought, but I can't escape it. I want to create.
I *heart* the girl who keeps me awake with her drunk-n-dials
I *heart* the boy who makes sure I wake up in time for work in the mornings
I guess one could say I'm very lucky.
