I work with a girl who has developed TMJ due to too much stress in her life. This is a girl who made my life a living hell at work for 3 years, and now I find my heart growing heavy thinking about her situation. My boss and I had a meeting about it this morning, and we're going to offer her severance in the form of moving expenses to transport herself and her life back to Montana where she has family. It's really taking me off guard how much I care about this situation. I guess even the worst situation doesn't ever rob us of basic human compassion.

Stace is coming into town this weekend, and we're going to go away for the weekend with Miss Gayle. Lately it's been hard to look past today...this hour, this moment...but I find myself cautiously becoming enticed with the idea of a weekend with the girls. I need to quit overthinking so much, and the proper amount of tequila can achieve such a goal.
