The weekend was GLORIOUS!
Saturday between having to work in the morning and in the evening, Stacey, GingerGayle and I went shopping. The mall was insane with Christmas shoppers, which makes me optimistic about our economic recovery, but impatient that it's not even Thanksgiving yet and shopping is this crazed. We ended up hitting small little shops and found this cute boutique and played dress-up for a couple of hours. I forgot how much fun that is... "oh, this is soo cute, you try it on too..."
Then back to work Saturday night, football is quite demanding right now, but I love love love it...It ended up being an early night, so it's all goodness.
Sunday's are sports days, and this week we headed to our friend Steve's house. After a 5 hour race at Darlington (yay jimmie johnson blah!), and watching the Colts win and the Bears pull off a victory (in OT), ended up being a yell of a day.
Stace and I watched Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind that night, which I'm still processing. It's one of those "need time to absorb" movies, but it was nice to bounce ideas back and forth, yeah, it's one of those movies.
This morning, it was goodbye once again, then off to work, like you do.
QUESTION: Think back on the most hurt you have ever felt as the result of a relationship, if you could erase it, would you?

I love Eternal Sunshine. If you watch it again already knowing what happens its amassing what you notice. I love the end when she gives him the same speech she gave him the first time they became serious.
i've been giving tons of thought to the "would you erase someone" question ever since i saw the movie and i don't think that i ever could....because for every bad memory that i have of an ex, i have a relaly good memory that goes along with it too.....it's all part of living and hurting and learning and taking all that away would make life too packaged.
