Man I did well I didn't do it some spaz white belt did it to me but I either cracked or torn my rib cartilage. It sucks to move or even breath. I have been laying around for most of the day. I am totally bummed cause I am gonna be out of training for the rest of the week maybe longer. I was in some pain so I figured it can't get much worse so I distracted my self my stretching my ears now I finally got the plug things in I bought hell yeah here is a pic I got the same in the other ear too. I'm not gonna lie it kind of hurts might be a pain to sleep tonight but like it's gonna be easy with my rib.
