Things are good. Lately I am just lazy hard to get motivated I need to run more. I blew out both my elbows and keep hurting after and some times during my training.
I should be icing them now but I'm to tired to get up. I'm off tomorrow so I'm gonna chill!
Oh and like 27 more days till my big trip hell yeah!
