What is with this layout?? Thought it was a glitch and have been waiting for it to be fixed. Seriously??
Anyways today I took my first "intro to hip hop" dance class. I don't really like hip hop but the class is free with my Y membership and the time of it works with my schedule. I thought it would be interesting and fun and just something different to try.
The teacher was mostly playing old funk and that was cool but man I am so not into the whole group dance rountine. Plus everyone in the class except for me and one other girl had taken the class beofre so intro my ass. Afterwards the instructor said he noticed I had "issues with coordination".
Are you fuckin kidding me? I so know how to dance but whaterver then I felt like a total loser since my friends (who are not at all into hip hop) had made fun of me for taking the class which I apparently sucked at.
So feeling like a total geek I rode my bike to Broadway to do some shopping and a cute guy with tatts and a mohawk looked me up and down as I was stopped on my bike to talk to my bestfriend on my cell phone, and said "you are extremely cute". And I was not really sicne I was in my black not sexy work out clothes but it totally brightened my mood and is the second time some random guy on broadway has put a smile on my face.
In other news...
Went to seattle on Thursday to visit HolaGatita and SurlyMike, since they lured me down with promises of lap dances. True to their word I had my first venture into an american stip club and had 3 different lovely ladies make me blush.
I was also able to come earlier and meet ShellyMC and dorwayin on their last day there. We had way too much fun playing in a fountain, going on a log ride, checking out the music and scifi museum and playing the "tucky derby" where I proved that Canadians do in fact kick ass

Did some great shopping and saw "the Noir City" film festival Friday night. Lots of fun.
