I believe I've finally redeemed myself on the dating frontier. My last one was a complete disaster, as some of you read about.
Last night, however, I met up with a girl from Waltham that I've been talking to for a couple of weeks now. It was more like an initial meet-up than a real date, but all the signs were good. We talked a lot without any uncomfortable silences. We seem to be on the same page about what we're looking for. And I'm definitely attracted to her. The 50 mile distance separating us is a bit of an obstacle but hardly an insurmountable one. We agreed to another date... something a bit more involved than just meeting up for dinner. I'm pretty optimistic at this point. We'll see.
Today I'm going to visit 5 houses, in my continuing effort to become a homeowner. Cumberland, Providence, and Cranston all on the agenda.

Strictly fictional, actually. I'm probably going to scatter little pieces of stories through my journal for a while.
