I wrote this yesterday, but when I should save my blog was SG down. Luckly i copy the text before I saved so I can past that now.
Teh day to day was pretty muoch like yesterday so I have no new to tell. Here is what I wrote yesterday.
I get my car back from the Glaizer to day
So Im happy today
At work today was the first day that we dont have any Work leader, both of them is on vacation. The Areamanager also on vacation, and I think he was litle worried that both work leader is on vacation at the same time. We have one person who have the main responsibility this 2 days. She have mouch experienc when it comes to the work, but she is not really a leader. But I think she did a good work to day, and we all did a good work. The only thing wast that 2 trucks been delayed about ten minutes. But we had one extra truck today. And if thats not enough we have a broken carport from 2 days back, but the repairman wait for details to the door before he can fix it. The time is tight a ordenari day, and its hard to get it work. If we have one carport less than normaly, and one extra truck as today its more difficult to get it work
And one thin more, one of the persons who was supposed to work today was sick, so we where on person short to.
We did a good work without a work leader, thats no quistions about that.
The person who hade the responsibility did one thing that i Think was very good. She called us ta o short meting when all who schould work evening had come. She infomed that we was one person short so it was very inportent that we went on lunch when we was supposed to went to lunch, some times we maby went to lunch 15 min later than the timetable says.
I was supposed to went for lunch 5PM... But when the clock was 5 she asked if i could take my lunch a bit later becauose I was the only one who could load the extra truck, The other who could load tracks have already another trucks to load at that moment, so it was better if i could wait a litle with my lunch brake.
The reason that I was supposed to went to lunch at 5 was that my first truck leave at 5 PM. If I went for lunch at 5 PM comming back at 6PM when 2 peopler left for the day.
Are girls always that way, they say one thiing and then mean somthing other?
Ofcourse, Sometimes its maby better to do a litle cange in the timtable, Like today ehwn we not was enought with people who could load a truck., and when the timetable been written we didnt know of that extra truck.
After the work, just before we went home she called us in for a short meeting. She said that we all had dooe a good work today and I think it was a good ide to do that.
Ofcourse we get a litle computertuble to...not a big one, we did one thing wrong when we registated a packet, and we relised that we registrated it wrong, but we didnt know exactlly who we would correct that.. But I come up with the Ide to call to a person works with the exactly same computre program as us and ask him, and that was a good Ide she thinked. And we find a solution on our problems.
