After very many phonecall, I sit in the phone 2 and half hour this morning to get my carwindow fixed... I found a Glaizer that culd fix it, not to day, but to morrow, but they wanna have the car to day to wacumclean the glass form the car this afternon and check what kind of window they need to take home frpm the storage.

Maby the fix it before I get to work to morrow, but they cuoldent prommise anything.

They didnt know if the window would arive at 8 AM or 10 Am tomorrow.

If I need to take the train to the work to morrow it will cost me more than the gas, It will take mouch longer time to.

1,5 hour instead of 35-40 minutes with car.... And when I Quit the job I miss the train with 10 minutes and must wait 50 minutes.... It will also take me 2 hour more home with trains and buss then with car...

The cost is dubble.... So I hope that i can get my car back tomorrow before I left for work.

All that trouble becaous of a worthless cellphone charager.... And the cost to fix the car is 1500 for me, the insurance company will pay the rest.

1500 kr is 250 Us dollar.'

The carager they stole cost me 5 Us dollar.

Anyway, I was lucky to day. I didnt need to take the train home. A new girl started to day at my work and hers father come and picked her up after the work and I could go with them in the car

I prommised that girl that when I get my car back, I will drive her home. Dont know how long sche stay with us. My workplace is litle complicated, we need more people at the evenings, some extra people, and some times we get new people everyday, somtimes they work one week, somtimes they work a month, somtimes they comming monday. wensday one week ant friday next week...

I think they are students, and work when they have time and need some money.

This girl sayed that this work was the best job so far, so maby she will come back more to us. I know she is supoosed to work 2 days more this week but we dont know what happens next week...

We have a bounh of people who work from time to time, and the new girl is someone of them.

I dont know if she works good or not, its difficult to say that after one day. The work is easy, but not simple.... After a week we can say if they work good or not, if they work fast enough, and such a stuff.

I think she woorked good.. Liltle slow, but it better to do it right and slower than fast and wrong. The speed comming with experienc.

Next everyone can do it, but the first day is very confusing, there is so much new things to learn.

Before 7PM we do it one way, then after 7 PM we do it otherwise... Thats is very confusing for the new ones. They dont know everything we know, there is a reason to that we do it that way, but thats is to much information for them the first day, They would probably be even more confused if they need to learn somthing that they dont need to know to do the job they supposed to do. The new ones starts with the basic things. The old gang do the more complicated things. I work with logistic, My job is to ensure that the right pallet comes on the rigt truck,and the trucks leave att right time. The new ones ensure that the packets comes on the right pallet. The trucks must leeve the place right time, and if some packets comming to late, we must save them to morrow, and If the packets stay to morrow we must registrate them litle diffrent.on the. Thats the reason that we do it like this before, and not like this after a beforehand given time.
