Ugh!
Tough start to the week. I totally forgot where I parked when I went out to work this morning. (This happens to me a lot since I typically park 3-4 blocks away and don't drive my car for a few days sometimes). AND I left my lunch at home, which means that I have to buy a burrito or something, which, as much as I love burritos, sucks since I need to scrimp and save so I can still make rent after not working for a week for Burning Man. Boo-hoo.
Uneventful weekend in Joryland, which is always a good thing in my book. I slept a lot, basked in a rare sunny and warm weekend here in SF, brunched at boogaloo's, watched Fellowship of the Ring on DVD (yay!), and did some good production work on some music I'm working on.
I need to start working on songs an album at a time, currently I just work on one or two tracks at a time. By the time I'm done with the next two, I feel the last two are outdated. I guess its good that I am progressing, but its kind of frustrating at the same time because I would like to have an album of finished product, rather than a series of unrelated singles.
A little puppy is visiting our house right now with her owner. I SO want a dog. I really really really do. We do not have a back yard though and its so hard to find places that allow pets when moving in SF. : (
I missed Lane this weekend because I was a dork and left my cell in somebody's car the whole weekend. I'm bummed about that.
