So yesterday I was hanging out with some friends when my face found it's way infront of a hacky sack being thrown across the room at a fair speed. It hit me right smack in my wide open eye.

I went to the doc today b/c it was still stinging and what did he do slapped an eye patch on and wait a week.

so tonight there I was eating my sushi, working on my laptop minding my own things when two little kids sit down and proceed to, for the entire dinner dispite their parents efforts, ask "whats wrong with that lady?" "why is she wearing an eye patch?" and my favorite "Is she a pirate? She looks like one mommy." and "I want one." hahaahaha.

this week will be entertaining.
