Well I have finally hit the big 2-1, and can legally drink in the states.

I had a lovely evening out with my family, enjoyed apple martinis, and 2 different absinths. There is a bar in Austin that serves it, and the bartender was telling me about the process of how its made, and how it has to be served diluted with water and sugar..

Absinthe is awesome.  I spent a year or so binge drinking it and ended up having the strangest things happen to me involving witchcraft.  And writing.
