Updated to say: I added some fun Christmas pics in MY PETS folder. I know you are jealous of my babies, but don't be. Just love them.

Brian and I just had Christmas (sushi yum!) dinner with my mother. We treated her as part of her Christmas gift. She never wants anything, so I figured if we could give her something that shed digest, then that would work. We also gave her flowers. Yeah, she wont eat them, but they will die eventually, so no muss, no fuss for her. She only acted mildly insane tonight, so yay for me. And, we didnt end up screaming at each other. Another score for me.
I am stressing out about all the things that I need to do before Brian and I leave for Phoenix tomorrow night. Were taking a 6pm flight, which promises to be the busiest time at the airport EVER! I am freaking out about it. I dont like to be around so many people AND have a timeline that I have to meet (getting to the gate on time, etc.).
We are staying at his friends house. I am nervous. They are great people, but I like staying in hotels when I travel so I have somewhere to retreat to. I hope that my social anxiety doesnt kick me in the ass while I am there. I am going to dose on my blue pills big time to stay calm. I will cross my fingers.
I got my hair cut today for the first time in about a year. I am not pleased. I went to some fill-in person because my hair chick was booked through January. She was an older lady. I could tell that had no clue about what I wanted as I described the style to her. I still have to dye my hair tomorrow, so there is a chance that I can live with this mess.
Brian and I did our gift exchange last night. Its our first Christmas together and it was oh so cute as pie. Aww. We both got each other cool stuff that the other one liked. We both had big dorky smiles on our faces when all was said and done. I want to stop all this packing nonsense and play PS2. I need some fun!!!!!
Happy Holidays!
