So my friend and I were simultaneously surfing the net and in fact were both looking at the same site. ThinkGeek A wonderful site, it's where one might find all the best swag. Truly the best. Anyways, we're both pretty cheap so as we're IM'ing each other with better and better shit from the site the conversation goes something like this. "Hey fucker, buy me this <insert geeky t-shirt here>" "No. You buy me this <another geeky t-shirt>" "No fucker, I'm fuckin' broke" "Yeah, me too"

That's the general idea of the conversation. Anyways, you can see we'd run into a stalemate. Neither of us were willing to shell out the money to buy the other a useless but awesome shirt. So then the question is, 'what kind of motivational force is needed to con the other into buying the sought after swag?' Well, the simple answer is an abundance of financial means and a generous disposition, the right answer is shame. And one of us will truly be shamed, for no self-respecting dork or nerd can hold his head high after losing a match of Starcraft. That's right, we're bringing it back to old school with a tourney of one of the greatest video games ever made, StarCraft. The loser of this tourney must buy the other whatever sought after swag he chooses. I'm thinking this.
