Valentines day. yay....uhh...no.

I finally went back to work today. It seemed so long. I missed work. I was a working machine today. I was like "yeah, take this dough. I will form you into pretzel goodness..."

New picture, I look like crap, but I needed a new one. And nothing goes better than an MSI quote in a picture!

Condidering how many different regions there are in China, each with a different cooking style, and the fact that what most Gwailo eat is Americanized stuff that no one in China has ever seen or heard of, I'd say it's safe to assume you have never had home made Chinese, or authentic Chinese food. If all you get is Americanized buffet stuff and things like that, then you are in the same boat as me. I don't like things that are "chinese-ish". But I have spent the last decade with access to the real deal and a lot of it is sooooo good!

I've run out of things to do in the rain. I was going to go sit in the rain and smoke ciggies, but the rain soaks my ciggies so fast I get maybe 2 drags before a drop of rain puts it out.
