On Sunday nights/Monday mornings I work the grave at the shelter. I'm there until 8:30 am. Every other week I get to sleep from about 1:00-5:30 in the back office. Not that it is good sleep, but I get paid to lay down. While I am doing that my partner on the grave stays up.
This past Sunday I was the one who was up. As you can imagine, there is a lot of downtime on this shift. Specifically between 1-3:30 am, there is generally nothing to do, and I'm only expected to do rounds about every 45 minutes. I listen to music and read or goof off on the internet. This past Sunday I spent the shift composing cover letters and e-mailing applications. I applied for 4 jobs while I was being paid by my current employer.

I have a suggestion for you. I was listening to Denali this morning, and I thought to myself, "You know who might really like this?"
So here it is.
