I call it trendy because it's a basic comic that stresses few points if any that are not seen in your standard point of view comic found elsewhere- and that due to the aesthetics of the art style and the marketability of it all, it has become an icon on the shelves that needs nothing behind it to be absorbed in the minds of the fools that compose our rapidly plumiting society other than a label and a few coordinating colors. I think, however, that I might be confusing the market aspect with the emily the strange gear that I have yet to discover the source of... now, Johnny, I've noticed only a dark humor along with average art. clever sometimes, but trendy in my opinion. Too many I know that could answer nothing on the Johnny subject and yet insist it's the coolest thing since gas powered vehicles. the same goes in reverse. I don't know much on johnny, but I have read enough to know I don't think it's any exception to the otherwise bland comic scene. it's not bad, granted...
now that I think about it, it is emily that I'm thinking of that litters the dank, back alley shelves of hot topics nation wide. I don't retract my opinion on johnny, however.

yeah, i dont so much hear human words coming out of my cats mouths, but more so of things they do let me know that their cool cats. Like, everynight, when i go to bed, my white cat, Natas, always gets into bed with me, and he lays down besides me and puts his head on the pillow and falls asleep (of course after he gets pet). he does this every night, and he has to be facing my face, if i turn over and face the other way, he'll crawl over me and lay his face over there. i love it.
What irks me though.....creepy people, and people that animals dont like. Animals have a sense of knowing whats going on, and it's just weird when they dont like certain human beings, i cant like that person either. They know a persons true side.
