Yesterday i told that i was back to the single life.
Since then (2 months ago) it seems like i decided to sweat all the tears.
I always been a pretty active person. Skateboarding, snowboarding and surfing were always a big part of my life. But last year i got into crossfit and running and push it to the next level in the last few months.
They say exercise is a great way to battle depression and I think I'm gonna agree with that. I think the breakup would have hit me so much harder if it wasn't for that.
All the hard work has another good side. I never been out of shape but i can say that right now at 37 i'm in one of the best shape of my life.
Theere is still some battles in my mind and in my heart but a fit lifestyle sure help me get through it!
