It's official. I've given notice to my apartment complex and my employer... I've started shipping stuff... I'm moving home to Portland at the end of March.

You really do need to change that. Paths of Glory is very, very, very good. Personally I rank it number three with Strangelove at 1 and Clockwork at 2.
I'm annoyed, the Keaton movies I ordered still have not arrived. You know, unless they came while I was in Chicago and the mailman left them on my steps and they were stolen, but let's hope that didn't happen.

Finally got the dvd's I ordered. I have watched four Keaton films in the last couple of days. Good stuff. Parlor, Bedroom & Bath ended up being kinda like Taming of the Shrew. The Villain Still Pursued Her was super-over-the-top-melodrama, but it was so over the top that it's funny, it's gotta be a parody of the stuff that was around back then. Speak Easily was Keaton just being the straight man for an hour and a half, still quite funny. I liked The General, there were some damn funny moments.
I use it most often for missed episodes, or episodes I can't get here (like BBC shows). I've more than once contemplated cancelling my TV subscription because it pretty much is the best way to watch TV, I get near HDTV like quality and the downloads are no more than 5-15 mins per episode.
You have great taste in movies.
