wherever you go - there you are. the common element essential to every experience...
i haven't made an entry here for almost a month. a lot has happened, good bad and ugly.
mostly good and bad though,
i had the most bestest day on thursday. the boss and most everyone at work left for a show... so without adult supervision... i got pulled into a 3 on 3 football game in the back parking lot. i ain't never played much football and have feeble sports confidence. but these guys in the video lab were all like "we got jonas!" so i pretended not to be lame. it worked. i intercepted the ball on the first play then caught a long pass that i ran to the truck-by-the-dumpsters/endzone for a touchdown. won the game.
stomped some coworkers at the foosball table.
ditched at 2:00 pm for the movies and saw "kill bill." hotdog and popcorn for lunch.
went to the gym, had a great workout. felt really good.
traffic was mild on the way home. nice.
oh and had been completely sober for two whole weeks.
when i woke up that morning i had no idea that i was in for such a wonderful day...
geesh. i keep typing the next thing here and deleting and typing.. etc. when i get around to understanding why this day was such a big deal and how to sum it up in a witty phrase i'll be sure to forget to write it here later.

Days like that make up for some of the shitty days yet to come.
