fun weekend in SF.
did some shopping. bought a new leather cuff watch. it's nicer than my old one and has a square face.
had a dinner party with friends in lower haight and got fairly smashed. then went to see the fireworks in front of Ghirardelli Square which were simultaneously blasted over pier 39. nice show. traffic was intense so we walked most of the way back to my other friend's place where we were staying on Oak.
on saturday we went shopping again and i got a bunch of stuff at villians and spent some time in the pub having afternoon beers. 'twas a pleasant day.
then i stopped by BPM records in hayes valley and they had a crapload of breakbeat records so i spent a few hours there. record shopping can be exhausting. i must've listened to a couple hundred records and picked out 9.
then we went to dinner a cuban restaurant and had some really good sangria and drove home. there was a bunch of stuff going on in the city and even a few things happening in sacto, but we were tired and just went to bed.
sunday was easy like sunday morning so slept in, went grocery shopping, etc. didn't do any work on the side projects i'm supposed to be working on, watched star wars and barbequed some chicken, fish and sausages. mmm.
this journal entry is fairly uneventful but i felt good for once on a monday!

When I was 5, I had a crush on Chip from Chip N' Dale
When I was 22, I had a crush on Steve Buscemi, Christopher Walken, AND David Spade, and the guy from the Aaron Burr Peanut butter commercial
Once when a boy asked me to give him a blow job I said "No! I'm a feminist!"
Once... after not having sex for 6 months... in the middle of the night I decided I wanted to have sex again for a minute, literally, just a minute because I forgot what it felt like. I looked over and decided right then to have sex with my friend Chuck that was sleeping over. What a lucky bastard he was, being at the right place at the right time. He was still asleep, and I poke him and say "Chuck, do you want to have sex? and he says "What? sex?"... "Yeah, sex, now" I say... and he's like "ok take off your underwear" and seriously, no kissing or foreplay or anything, he just sticks it in and starts pumping away... I start watching the clock and decide after my minute was up that I was done, and make him get off me. He gets a little pissed, and I'm weirded out because I don't know if I want to call him a lover or not.. Ya know, another number on the list. It was only a minute, and he never finished, and there are no feelings involved... So I decided that he's going to be lover 22.25. Not quite 1, not quite 0, just .25.
