Starting Wednesday I'm going on the Abs Diet. I'm not overweight, but it would be really nice to get toned a bit. It's a six week plan that's mostly diet oriented, with a bit of weight lifting involved. The book gives a lot of good exercises that can be done at home. I joined a gym recently, but that place is pretty crowded even late at night. I hate waiting in lines to use machines so I'll probably lift at home and get my cardio in at the gym. The plan doesn't require cardio, but running with loud music can be fun. My diet will basically look like:
Breakfast: Shake
Mid Morning: Light Snack
Lunch: Sandwich, fruit, milk
Mid Afternoon: Light Snack
Dinner: Decent meal (pasta and chicken, etc)
Night time snack: Shake
It'll be hard to eat like that, especially since it's supposed to be more of a permanent lifestyle change. Oh well, I'll be ripped like a badass.

God I know, I love the books, so seeing the characters in "real life" is cause for a geekgasm.
