I've had a suitably craptastic day 
So I cooked a yummy dinner: red snapper with a salsa of bell pepper (from my garden, which makes me stupidly happy), tomato (from my girlfriend's garden), peaches, garlic, and red onion. It was yummy. . . now I gotta go east dessert!
