So i been up pretty much all day which sucks because i gotta head to work in an hour, yeah... no sleep and an 8 hour shift ahead of me. I had a pretty much uneventful weekend.... so i was pretty much bored. I did end up going to costco and picking up a few things. On saturday (when i went to costco) i went with my best friend. We went to The bifteque and ate for lunch, headed to the mall... he picked up some pants and i picked up a couple weights. Headed to costco where i ended up picking up some supplies for the house and Season 1 & 2 for Lois and Clark : The Adventures Of Superman. I loved this series and i didnt pick it up earlier so i picked it up yesterday. I been watching it on and off since then.
I also picked up Final Fantasy 7 : Dirge of Cerberus. The game is interesting... alot of CG sequences and the story seems pretty ok so far. It does lack the oomph that one does expect from an action game. For a company that normally spits out RPGs (role playing games for those who dont know) they should stick with what they are good at. It isnt a bad game... but im sure it couldve been better. It is kinda fun and i played it for a bit... and again im hooked untill i beat the damn thing... which is my staple i guess i could say.
So... the The Exibition/CNE is open now for then next couple weeks... its been a few years since i went last... I always loved to go and play those games and win prizes.... last time i won that damn wack a mole game 20 times in a row...i love being hated for wacking - haha. So I have missed going and now that im single this year i dont really feel like going unless there is someone im going with to win something for. I mean i have gone with friends and won them stuff but that feels weird now. What im trying to say is I would go if i had a date lol... i miss that damn place I used to like 2 blocks away from it and even when the carnival/fair wasnt there i would go there almost everday. It was a nice open area and had a lot of open space to walk around. They also have these nice statues that you could hang around and they were....interesting to say the least. They had a nice garden at one point and a lot of greenery around.
Ontario place is across the freeway from the CNE and when i was younger it used to be free admission. It used to be the best place to hang when you were a kid. It had a Nintendo Power Pod, which was a big room that they set up with all these nintendo games. They got rid of it sometime after the Super Nintendo was release... i remember the last time i was able to play in that room i was playing some Super Nintendo games. The other room that was of great importance was the Lego room. This room was decked out with lego, lego statues, lego peices, and lego merchandising. It was great, you could sit there and play with the legos for hours on end. The only other place that i can think was kinda of interesting was the spherical theatre they had there. It was this huge sphere that you could go in and watching movies or whatever else they were showing there. The sphere is still there and they ocasionally have shows there off season. Also there is a small performance area there also and they have small concerts there every now and then, on and off season.
I didn't hit up the pirate festival this weekend but it still is on so i hope i can go there sometime soon-with a date too. Anyways i have gone on for too long again... off to get ready for work. Btw girls... i love your new sets and... i love this place. Pwns myspace outta the water. Hit me up if you wanna chat.

Yeah, a lot of people are asses... a few apologize, most don't. But there are those really sweet individuals that brighten your day whenever you see their faces. Plus, I'm technically the night cook, so half the time, I'm holed up in the kitchen. I also realized that I rather enjoyed stocking the cooler, mostly because I was on my own and could work at my own pace. It's the little antisocial misanthropic side of me coming out.
