In the past three months, my house has been burglarized four times. The fourth time, I was able to get pictures of him via security cameras. My brother-in-law is Governors Task Force and was able to ID him immediately. I called and emailed the troopers and detectives, and they did nothing. Today, I caught him breaking into my house and was able to defend myself and restrain him until the police came. He confessed to a four burglaries, most being felonies, and he was released hours later on an unsecured bond because they didn't contact his PO per my request. So now I'm at risk, and even if he doesn't retaliate, he may probably escape trial
