8 months ago, a long-time customer, with whom I constantly tried to encourage to quit smoking, came into my shop and told me he had lung cancer. The doctors were not necessarily optimistic and neither was he, and after 8 months without seeing him, I assumed that he had passed. Today, he came in chrome-domed and smiling. He is now cancer-free. It was a great feeling to see that not only was he happy and healthy, but that he cared enough to stop by and share the good news
