Thursday night kicked things off with an amazing show in Toronto with The Foo Fighters. Royal Blood opened and if you don't know them yet and like rock and roll, you're missing out! Such an incredibly full sound from just a bass and drums. The Food played for over 3 hours. Dave on his "throne" with a busted leg was awesome!
Last night was The Big Music Fest in Kitchener, with Ontario rockers Monster Truck, Jane's Addiction and Soundgarden. I've never seen Jane's play before and they were amazing! What a show! They didn't play for long but with epic tunes like Mountain Song, Three Days and Ocean Size, I was blown away! Perry is such a crazy dude and Dave the showman shows up with not one but two amazingly hot women with him. Soundgarden was amazing as always and Chris Cornell still has his voice. He pulls off Badmotorfinger and Jesus Christ Pose, hitting the high screams as well, if not better than in the '90s.
Just wanted to share! I'm still buzzing from it all.
And yes, those super hot ladies with Jane's were flying around the stage suspended by 2 bars in their shoulders...Nothing's shocking...
