In the summer, I move around the house in full "commando" mode. (I'd do it in the backyard, too, but Kathy won't allow it.)
Anyway, a few days ago, Kathy happened to look at me from the right angle and she said, "Oooh, the walking you're doing is working! You've got a bit of a butt!"
I've been doing power walking most everyday this summer. It's nice to know I'm getting _some_ results.
