Why are skinnies skinny? I wrote about this in the group, "Skinny Boys and Proud". (Nathara, if you're reading this, you might like that group. A lot of those guys prefer 'curvy' women.) Anyway.
Skinnys are skinny 'cos their digestive system is inefficient. That's why they can eat whatever and not gain weight. Much of the food nutrients just go to waste. What can they do about it? Well.
When the Central and South American Indians want their currare (sp) to work better, faster, they add pepper to the recipe. The pepper encourages the cells to absorb the poison faster and more efficiently. Then the prey (or enemy) dies faster. The same principle will work for the food you eat. The pepper encourages the body to absorb more of the nutrients better, more efficiently. Which means that less of the food goes to waste. So, try taking one or two capsules of red cayenne pepper with each meal. Sorry, they'll make you sweat. Not a bad thing in the winter, not so good for the summer.
If you're on any kind of medicaton, check with your doctor before you do this. The pepper will work with the medication, too. Grapefruit will do that with some meds, as well.
