Just finished working, out in the yard. Well, the side yard. The maple tree on the street puts out lots of seeds every year. There were _lots_ of volunteer seedlings to pull out. Lots. I just squatted down and started pulling.
All of that squatting (and bending over) pushed the poop out of me. I had to take several poop breaks before I was done. I recommend it (the squatting) for constipation or sluggish bowels. It works for me!!

Yup! Squatting is great for that - so are belly rolls, if you're ever having trouble. I teach belly dance and can tell you just about everyone hits the bathroom after class. Not glamorous, but....
