Yesterday, the 14th, I got a call from my brother saying that our mom died, about 5 pm, CST. I'm not certain right now just how old she was, but I know she was close to 90.

My 2nd lover, Linda, has been found to have an invasive carcinoma in her breast tissue. She'll have to have a mastectomy, probably first thing next year. As a nurse, she understands all of the medical stuff, so she's taking it well. She has large ones, so she's thinking she wants a double mastectomy, so she won't be off- balance to one side.
