I just finished Tricked, the new graphic novel by Alex Robinson.
A person could only wish that all comics were this good.
Ever since the first time I read Box Office Poison I've been in love with Robinson's work. However, I'll admit that all these years I've wondered if he was a one trick pony. I felt it was possible that it was the epitomy of what he had to say.
Thankfully, I was wrong.
Interested? Then check out the back of the book...
"TRICKED follows the lives of six people - a reclusive rock legend, a heartbroken waitress, a counterfeiter, on obsessive crank, a lost daughter, and a back stabbing love - whose lives are unconnected until an act of violence brings them spiraling in on each other."
