I've finally done it.
As of 12:30 AM this July 1st, 2007 I'm able to project movies and filmstrips in my back yard.
The film strips are ready for public viewing. The movies still need some figuring out.
All reading are invited to what I imagine will be my nightly viewings of the 300-400 1950s/60s educational strips I have. We'll even spin a few records...

Before I shower up to head on over to the Tezuka exhibit I thought I'd drop a plug of AdHouse's new PulpHope book.
On the short list of artists who inspire me to create the instant I glimpse their work Paul Pope is close to, if not on, the absolute top. There's something about his work that just mainlines the urge to create directly into...

I'm getting that (and his new THB thing) from AdHouse at San Diego. Can't wait.
It seems like I'm destined to annually make one of the following posts:
A) I have a Suicide Girls account?!
or
B) I renewed my Suicide Girls account!
So, a little bit of both A and B here. Apparently my annual account ends next week.
I suppose I should renew?

"Hey - we've got a stripper in here with a plus two ass."
It took me all of a second to realize what he said.
That's right, kids - I was solicited to enter a strip club with a...

Man.
When I was a kid I loved Pee Wee's Playhouse.
Loved it.
I'd watch it all day if I could.
However, a recent DVD viewing revealed that show just doesn't work with the adult brain. Maybe it's just me, but I could not keep up. It's just slightly too intense. I view it was the equivelent of shoving fifty pounds of Pop Rocks...

So, I love SuicideGirls
I really do.
But this cross-commenting thing?
Yeah, I can't say I dig that so much.
It hurts my feeble brain sometimes.

Yeah, I know, it falls into the "So Two Weeks Ago" department, but it's taking over my mind.

Man, I just bought the biggest book of all time.
Maybe even the coolest.
I love old comic strips.
Especially gigantic ones.

Whats up dude! We need to get together sometime for burgers and beer at the Meister!
Some days inexplicably rock out.
There's no reason, but they just do.
Today is one of those days.
Good times in Keatinge Town, I guess.

My house mates invaded the living room to watch Survivor.
I haven't watched the show since it originally came on the air and found it strange/funny that a fictional show about being stranded on an island (SEE: Lost) is about eighty billion times more awesome.
Reality TV kinda bites.
