So i started a "bulking" cycle in March of this year for 12 weeks wanted to add some muscle through clean eating, weight gainer and creatine. I started at 180lbs and ended up at 205 and puffy in the left picture. The picture on the right was last Thursday, 3 weeks into my "cutting" phase thtough a calorie deficit diet and cardio. I am at 195lbs now but my bf% has gone down quite a bit. I'm excited to see where I am at the 8 weeks mark. Hard work pays off if you set goals, stay positive, and want it bad enough.
