So xmas is done and ive lost nearly 2 stone in weight and im off on tour for a while so my plans are as follows.

EAT LOTS- put the weight back on

EAT MORE-become a fatty

PLAY LOUD METAL-make a living

TRAIN-get some sort of bod back

SMILE-everyone likes happy people

Well i think its fair to say im mega in love with a girl and cant wait to see her. Few more days then im good.

So its still snowy and i appear to have drunk too much rum.....that is all. much love.xx

Today is cold and im gonna makes me a stew I think, You have to love warm winter veg and lots of meat with a glass of wine and some good music .

Cant wait for christmas cuz I gets to tour Europe again with the band and its gonna be awesome.
