there are many, many things one can accomplish while avoiding doing your taxes.

you can:

Fix two bicycles,
break your laptop.
Consider your debts,
spend more money.
Call, meet with or write to every attractive girl you know.
spend some quality time with the internet.

and so on..

i went and rode my bicycle to montreal, it took 8 days. and 700 km. i must say, my soul must have headed west, because i did not find it.
