wow an update!
yesterday i ran the calgary marathon in 4:00:55. not a bad time considering that imy last marathon was only 4 weeks ago. all i can think about now is which race i want to do next. it's funny, as soon as i cross the finish line i forget about all the pain and just remember the good stuff. i think i want to try an ultramarathon next. there's a 60 km race near me on on Aug 6th, but that might be a little soon. i should probably take a bit of a break and go to more yoga......
we'll see.
