I found out that I can do a descending angel on the pole with no hands. The pics are not that great and I still need to pretty it up, but here is the first attempt on my chrome pole. It was a lot easier in class on the brass pole. Way stickier.
I'm going to try to get better pictures soon. Or maybe a video.
