Time for an update, I guess.
Currently I'm just sitting around and watching Beverly Hills 90210. I didn't watch it the first time around so it's all new to me. Such drama!
I ran the Cross Calgary Ultramarathon this past Saturday.
Starting time: 7:00 a.m.
Finishing time: 12:36 p.m.
So the 56km took me 5 hours and 36 minutes which was 11 minutes faster than I ran it last year. Good for me. My legs are still a bit sore, but I should be able to go for a short run today. Which is good for my sanity because I'm starting to get a bit twitchy from the down time.
On Sunday, I met a bunch of fabulous SG people for a potluck in the park. It was a lot of fun. We had way too much food, of course. I made margarita cupcakes, which turned out to be pretty tasty. There was an outdoor concert going on at the same time, so we got to listen to a band play showtunes. Good times.
I'm getting my wisdom teeth out tomorrow.
I really hope that I'm not too swollen. I'm supposed to go to call-backs tomorrow night (for a play I auditioned for).
Am I crazy to think I even have a chance of being able to do something 5 hours after my surgery? I let the director know that I had a dentist appointment, but that I'd try to make it unless I was really swollen or woozy. So send some quick recovery vibes my way.
I can't think of anything else to say right now so here are some questions.
1) What's your favourite candy?
2) Which book should I read?
3) What should I have for supper tonight? (no meat please)
4) Who would you have assassinated if there were no repercussions to you?
5) Favourite movie from your childhood?
Ok, that's it.

Not really feeling better but my hangover is currently bothering me more than everything else. So I guess I had a good night.
