So I just got back from the coast today. I had a good time...it seems like all I did though was eat. But I guess it feels like that when you go somewhere and have to go out for everymeal. I did alot of walking, we walked from our hotel into town, and then we walked on the beach and I almost got attacked by like three crabs. It was crazy, I was trying to get across one of those rivers that goes down the beach and I was in pants and it was all to deep, so I finally find a spot that is shallow enough and sure enough, there is a huge ass crab swimming towards me, so I turn to go the other one and there is another 2 of them coming at me, needless to say I hauled balls and got across without getting pinched! but you know, it was still good times.
My friend ended up buying me this Oregon Opal ring as a late birthday present and i'm so in love with it. It is beautiful. We got it at some like rock and mineral shop. This guy had some of the most beautiful jewelry in there. Its always neat to go in and see what you can make from a rock!
So i'm gettiing my hair done on thursday and i'm going back to my natural blone, or as close as we can get it, due to the fact that its so dark right now, and then i'm gonna get black on the underneath and the tips...I'm pretty excited about it because its somehting i've wanted to do for awhile, and I actually have the money for it. I just hope it turns out alright. I'll have to try and post some pics when I get it done.
I think all the walking this weekend helped clear my head. Not that it was really full of anything, but I just got to walk along the scenic Oregon coast and just think, it is such a pretty place to be and it makes me marvel at just how beautiful nature really is, and it makes me wonder how people can feel the need to just build on every piece of land that they come across, I mean really now, can't you just leave some things alone?! It doesn't need to be messed with so you can have a million dollar vacation house. It just pisses me off when I think about it. Enjoy the earth for the natural beauty.
