So this is a touch later than I intended, been busy lately with work/halloween/band/etc. But the time has come to write more things. As i may or may not have mentioned before, I live in Connecticut; the most fantastically boring state that settles with the fact that it borders exciting things, and that's it. It is now starting to feel like winter, windy, cold, unpleasant. Perfect setting to sit in and do computer things... Now to continue my previous ramblings I'll move on to the portion that explains how I'm an introvert with extrovert tendencies.
Now, the extrovert side of myself I basically created. I grew up very sheltered socially, while I did go to public school I had actually not slept over or simply been to a friends house until I was about 14. So the implications of that created someone who had very few actual friends. After high school and moving to a new town I began to reinvent myself, I had a friend bring me to the mall and forced me to smell a bunch of colognes and get one that I liked. Forced me to listen to new music so I can choose one of them on my own. Brought me to look at clothes and find out what was appealing to me... Essentially he forced me to be an individual. Since then I started talking to people more, had a new group who partied often to socialize with. I wasn't the supercool suave kid or anything, but I also wasn't the socially inept person either. Eventually one of my friends had started planning all of his parties to coincide with my work schedule. I worked every other weekend, he had a party on all my off weekends, and there... That is where my social life came into fruition. I became the party hype man, I was the one who got people excited, played dance music, got people involved. I would make jokes, get people their fuel (copious amounts of alcohol, though no peer pressure), and if things got out of hand I would delicately bring it back down. It was some of the best times of my life, and the most tired...
Now as before, I will continue this story another day, don't want to novelize one of my blogs. I thank all of you who have been taking the time to read this, it's nice to put these things out there. I leave you all with a funny to look into in the meantime. You may have heard of Ylvis through the song "What does the fox say", that song is terrible... BUT... There other stuff is great, a good start being Stonehenge by Ylvis... It's worth it... aanndddddd GOODNIGHT
