so I've been fighting the urge to think "everything's good, everything's ok," but fuckit, I'm going to take a second and be psyched.
some signs that things are right:

-getting asked by Le Tigre to tour
-feeling really great vibes doing these recent dates w/Out Hud
-finding out the !!! record I did was single of the year on Jockey Slut and SPIN's (yeah, whatever, my parents think it's big) #18 song of the year.
-being asked right and left to do records for some good bands and a lot of ok bands
- finding out my Limozine Unltd. 12" will be coming out next year.
- having a really rad crop of people in my life and a few really sexy ones that for some reason aren't kicking the drama and just spreading the love.
- ummm...and realizing that this is really only the beginning.

as much as I feel the Speakerboxxx disc more, I have to say that hearing Dre3k's track on hip hop radio and just now clanging out of the after hours pizza jernt makes me so so so happy. That's such a killer song, killer in its simplicity. Crossover galore.

I just talked to a friend of mine and I think we're going to do an "electronic limo ride" event in DC. I'm also talking about doing an electronic boat trip on the Potomac in the spring. That and "Slide Show" my digital image party should make 04 a fun fun fun time.
