It's been a while since I updated. I've been pretty busy but unfortunately mostly stuff too boring to mention here.
Went to a great exhibition at the National Portrait Gallery of photographs by the great Angus McBean.
He was producing beautiful, surreal and iconic photographs such as the one below using props and scale models and amazing darkroom technique long before "Photoshop" was even thought of.
Even if you've never heard of him, you've almost certainly seen some of his pictures such as the shot of the Beatles looking over the staircase used for "Please Please Me" and the similar shot taken a few years later just before they split up.
There is also his fantastic series of Christmas cards on display.

I think Im just going to finish doing the touchups then send it in. Im not as clever as I thought I was
Well, back to the drawing board.... I've also got to think of another idea for this other lady Im supposed to be shooting with :s
