I've just returned from a summer tour with Daft Punk through Europe (with a quick jump over to Japan just for fun.) I'll post some pics soon...

I'm their Stage Technician, which in the case of Daft Punk means riding a console full of MIDI computers and mixing their stage sound. The show is absolutely fookin' amazing -- go over to YouTube and do a search for "Daft Punk" and see.

We still have one more show to do -- next week we're going to Warsaw, Poland! Interesting, since I've never been to Eastern Europe before. And joy of joys, I get to fly home, through Heathrow Airport, on 9/11!

Then in October-November we're making a trip down to South America: Sanitago, RIo, Sao Paolo and Buenos Aries. Then we'll stop off in Miami for a quick show with Duran Duran on the way back.

Any SG's who live in any of those cities should let me know, since I can usually get passes to the shows (given enough warning time). There can never be too many beautiful people backstage, you know...

Now, if I could just shake this European cold bug I managed to bring back with me... meh...
