i have burned bridges across oceans and let fire become truth air around baskets of eggs thick that it is thick that it is good friends we were and grudges far too long when ignorance reigns over this so hard to let brightness in forward time swells and anger into ambilvilence yet this hunger for love never dies but we can't go back truth is only in my mind like it is in yours truth isn't on paper for everyone their opinions are their reality i can't prove a thing i can't help you i can only forget and find new things to bring smiles grass at our feet young one new baby opens eyes cart is turned over eyes blink hands are untied my mind is as positive as ever but my faith in truth universal is slowly dying
