take a razorblade and run it on cement til dull...
purchase a baby syringe
devise fake blood of your choice
insert blood into syringe
connect razor to syringe which you are holding in hand
rub razor on arm while squeezing syringe
your arm is cut and bleeding without actually so!
i did it in front of my work and some dude freaked out and wanted to call an ambulance
