Im 31 now and that is typically the time that guys will begin to feel a change in their bodies due to a drop in testosterone. Considering the intensity I have in the gym and my active job, I am feeling it more, mainly with recovery. So although I said I would never do it until I was older, I decided I needed to make a change to up my testosterone. So besides all the protein powder and pre workout basic stuff, I am taking a pro hormone epistane and it seems to be making a difference, mainly with recovery and that is what I wanted.
In general I am finding I have more energy, I am aggravating muscles/joints less, recovering more between workouts and gaining strength. I am also noticing size gains without fat gains; something that was hard before, if not impossible. Before I had to gain muscle and some fat and try to keep the muscle when I eventually tried to cute the fat, but the problem is that some muscle is loss and the process is slow to gain. Maybe a few pounds a year, especially with me because I am a hard gainer due to my genetics and food intolerances. Well, this seems to make the difference. I also can eat a lot more and my body is processing the food like a factory. Even after a huge plate of rice, chicken and broccoli my body is not bloated or stuffed, and I am hungry again sooner, so that is nice.
I'm not trying to get sterioded out looking, so I won't be doing this continuously, and definitely not with anything more potent than something that would put on 5-7lbs in 3-4 months. Some pics:
